Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions:



1. SENIOR CONTRACT & PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

• Conduct contract development, contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance.
• Prequalification of suppliers and tender document preparation.
• Commercial evaluation of tenders & preparation of evaluation summaries.
• Tender clarifications
• Recommendations for award, awarding and conforming of contracts.
• Administration of contract through to practical completion and close out.
• Preparation of procurement plan and scoping sourcing and ordering project related equipment and materials.
• Ensure a consistent, integrated and reliable approach is applied to contacts and procurement processes.
• Delivering accurate and insightful reporting.
• Liaison with suppliers of goods and equipment and constraction contractors in relation to projects.
• Setting up systems to record all interaction, variations, reporting, cost control, contract asemmbly and administration.


Requirements:

• 10 – 15 years of project contract and procurement administration experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industry.
• Excellent communications, leadership and influencing, negotiation skill.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong planning preparation and execution skills
• Abillity to produce consistently high quality work within expected time frames.
• High level of workethic, be abble to effectively communicate with all staff and display a high degree of respect to all stakeholders and their cultures.



2. SENIOR PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a consistent, integrated and reliable approach is applied to scheduling, planning, forecasting and cost control on the projects.
• Supporting project management in all issues related, to planning, progress, quantity survey and cost control.
• Delivering accurate and insightful reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain project execution schedule and develop progress, earned value and critical path reports.
• Liaison with suppliers of goods and equipment and constraction contractors in relation projects.
• Setting up system to record all interactions, variations, reporting, cost control and administration.
• Lead processing and finalising contractor claims and variations.
• Alert project management of potential project variations.
• Maintain all required records for audit purposes.
• Track project schedules and finances to ensure projects remain on time and budget

Requirements:

• 10 – 15 years of project contract and procurement administration experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industry.
• Formal university qualifications in engineering or commerical.

5. MASTER LOADING

Responsibilities:

• Loadmasters must be able to plan the coal load in a way that it does not overload sensitive areas.
• Support all project with scope of work in Coal Quality Control, Coal Loading Operation, Coal Preparation Sampling and Evaluation Reporting for Coal Loading Process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year experience in Coal QC, Coal Sampling, and Supervise, Coal Loading Operation
• Good knowledge in Coal Quality Control, Coal Loading Operation, Coal Preparation Sampling and Evaluation Reporting
• Good communication skills Strong negotiation and analytical
• Ready worked in remote area
