d. Job Responsibilltles :
• Ensure the availability of annual work plan and budget plan for development
• Ensure for every infrastructure development to have an appropriate design and could be implemented in the field.
• Ensure the process of the tender, negotiation and work agreement ;to be succeeded.
• Ensure the completeness of all the documentations required for the work in the field to run well.
• Decide an adjustment or an extension of a contract that needs to be done on a project.

• Process the journal transaction and input them into the system.
• Validation and control over the payment of taxes.
• Validation data for Coal Sharing, Dead Rent and Payment calculation
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in related/similar position.
Skill and Ability :
• Having a Brevet Tax certificate is recommended.

This position will be based in Martabe project and reports directly to Staff Development Superintendent.
The role position is to:
• Support the Staff Development Superintendent in the day-to-day management of the Training & Development Department.
• Establish on-going Training Needs site wide and develop quality training tools to ensure successful training and development outcomes are realized through a variety of training initiatives.
• Plan, design and deliver high quality training programmers to meet client needs
• Develop two inexperienced but enthusiastic local training supervisors into training and development professionals
Candidates for this role would be expected to have as a minimum the following qualifications and experience:
• A Bachelor Degree in Education, HRD, Business Administration or Psychology.
• Certified trainer or facilitator.
• A sound awareness of competency based training systems.
• A thorough knowledge of adult education principles.
• Five to Ten years experience working within Learning & Development environment, preferably within a large organization.
• Knowledge and experience in facilitating training & learning evaluation systems.
• Outstanding oral, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills
• Rounded English ability to a minimum of C1 (CEF - Common European Framework) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 7.5 with a minimum of 7 for each skill
