Safety Coordinator (Meulaboh)

Responsibilities :

1. Implement and monitor all operational activities and ensure all Safety regulations are implemented in accordance with applicable SOPs

2. Monitoring and reviewing the potential for occupational safety hazards running well in all functions and make sure all procedures are in accordance with the provisions of K3L conditions

3. Carry out periodic safety inspections in the operational area of PT MIFA Bersaudara

4. Implement and apply the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and MIMS

5. Implement safety accountability programs in operational areas 

6. Arranging HIRADC, JSA, IK and Work Standards 

7. Monitor and review potential work safety hazards undetected and mining activities run safely in operational area.

8. Carry out investigation of incidents and make investigative reports

Requirements :

1. Male with a maximum age of 35 years

2. Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in K3 Mining, Hiperkes

3. 2 years experience and served as Foreman or 4 years as HSE Officer

4. Certified in AK3 Umum 

5. Certified in POP 

6. ERT Certified from BASARNAS 

7. Understand about HIRADC and JSA

                                                               SAFETY OFFICER

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years safety experience as Safety Officer
• Understand Safety Management System
• Good knowledge / experience in preparing Safety Procedure
• Have Certificate of K3 Expert in General or Chemical
• Have experience in ISO 14000:2004 Environmental Management
• Through knowledge of Laboratory Guidelines and Quality Assurance

Job Specification
Job Objective

• Ensure that an effective Safety is initiated and maintained to meet all regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance also Safety Standards.
• Responsible for review, assessments and safety training of all laboratory and development activities, including process safety self-inspections. Assist with projects on an on-going basis.
