  SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER
(Construction Project – Jakarta Based)
 Prepare, review and monitor the implementation of contracts scope of work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimize any exposure to risk for company.
 
Requirements:
 
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 6 years experiences dealing with contract (especially in construction project)
• Analytical thingking
• Fluent in English and Bahasa written and verbal
• Attention to details.
• Knowing the best practice of the contract principles
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Support and assist Commercial Manager in reviewing all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to companys Contracting.
• Assist Commercial Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximize contract position.
• Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers.
• Prepare and administer documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support.
• Analyze and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement.
• Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, client and company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.

	IMMEDIATE VACANCIES We are a strong foreign investment service company for oil and gas industry located in Balikpapan, currently looking for qualified personnel for the position of:   FABRICATION ENGINEER (Balikpapan Office)   GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: • Prepare and complete process engineering design and drawings coordinate with Department related in development of process engineering deliverables. • Provide technical consultation for Fabrication and Rigging, to support Companys related projects. • Engineer shall have deep experience preparation of calculations and process data sheets for equipment and instrumentation, and operating procedures and philosophies. • Engineers shall be fully conversant with the applicable International codes and standards appropriate to their specialty.   SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum education is to possess an Engineering degree (S1) or equivalent • Having 3 - 5 years experience in similar position or related engineering discipline work for oil & gas handling project and/or facilities. • Candidate shall have thorough knowledge on related engineering discipline and be proficient with related baseline software. • For mechanical discipline, the candidate shall have sufficient experience in providing technical specification & datasheet for procurement process, both for static or rotating equipment, and familiar with all associated codes & standards. • Competent with computer software such as AutoCAD, Solid Modeling, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project). • Good communication (English is a must). • Strong organization and self – motivation skills are required.
