As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for high caliber and talented individuals to join and grow with us as follows: HSE Officer Jakarta Responsibilities: • The successful candidate will ensuring all safety requirement at ship are achieve high standard • The successful candidate will conducting safety campaign to all crew to ensure safety culture implemented at ship Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Marine) or equivalent • Required skill(s): Shipping, Safety. • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Management or Shipping Operation Sales / Chartering Supervisor (Shipping) Responsibilities: • Increase revenue through: Develop client database, increase client engagement, conducting sales call • Manage tender requirement to fulfill client requirement • To approach potential customers that meets Commercial Division Programs • To conduct regular sales call and follow up meeting with prospective customer • To manage quality and consistency of service delivery which is aligned to Company s IMS and Strategic Plan. • To participate in long term tender. • To monitor the operational days • To provide Chartering Performance Report • To participate external Events Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Maritime Studies, Law or equivalent • Required language(s): English. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Support Coordinator or Supervisor/Team Lead. Finance Supervisor Jakarta Responsibilities: • Monitoring Assets & Budget Control & Planning • Ensure Efficient & Effective Cost Management & Cashflow Management • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses • Prepare financial report consolidation • Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Supervisor/ Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent Port Engineer Responsibilities: • Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet to minimize loss of revenue and cost of repairs: Reviews repair request and compares request with previous work accomplished on ship concerned and similar vessels to determine that expenditures are economically sound. • Prepares recommendations for work, and initiates procurement of materials. • Inspects machinery, equipment, or spaces outlined in work request, draws up job specifications, and obtains bids from contractors or shipyards to perform repairs. • Maintains contact with contractors to ensure completion of work at minimum cost. • Investigates machinery casualties to determine cause, and advises ship s officers in methods of operation to prevent recurrence of casualty or maloperation. • Maintains records of engineering costs for each vessel, such as repairs, supplies, and personnel. • Cooperates with regulatory bodies to ensure that requirements for alterations, repair, or modifications are kept at minimum cost consistent with safety. • May represent ferry system interests in ferry and terminal construction and maintenance activities, and in union contract negotiations. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Marine), Maritime Studies or equivalent. • Required skill(s): English Active, Experience in Port Engineer. • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
