BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Purpose:
Ensure the achievement of revenue growth of Company’s rental business through the identification and development of new client opportunities as directed by the Project Manager and the Business Development Manager. Develop, sustain and foster productive commercial relationship with existing customers and proactively expand customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform relationship management and business development to maintain existing customers and develop new customers and supply equipment in accordance with Emeco financial returns, commercial terms and equipment selection policy.
• Thoroughly understand customer requirements to prepare proposals that provide an effective Emeco solution. Lead all aspects of the sales processes, from preparation, presentation delivery and on-going follow-up.
• Increase Emeco’s exposure to Resource companies and mining contractors.
• Ensure effective communication between relevant management groups to support and promote the quality and reliability of Emeco assets.
• Identify sales plans and targets, and work closely with the Project Manager and the Business Development Manager to gain complete understanding of forecasting and budgeting requirements, and the on-going relationship between Emeco and the client.
• Contribute to strategic plans, budget and reports to the Project Manager and the Business Development Manager.
• Maximise the EBIT and ROFE in the Rental business.
• Regularly visit client sites as planned to ensure customer satisfaction.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Staff Development Coordinator (TD 1286)

This position will be based in Martabe project and reports directly to Staff Development Superintendent.

The role position is to:
• Support the Staff Development Superintendent in the day-to-day management of the Training & Development Department.
• Establish on-going Training Needs site wide and develop quality training tools to ensure successful training and development outcomes are realized through a variety of training initiatives.
• Plan, design and deliver high quality training programmers to meet client needs
• Develop two inexperienced but enthusiastic local training supervisors into training and development professionals

Candidates for this role would be expected to have as a minimum the following qualifications and experience:

We have an exciting opportunity for motivated people to join DCS (Distributed Control System) Technician team at Tangguh Production team based at Tangguh LNG site working on rotation basis.

As DCS Technician you will be responsible for monitoring plant performance through its DCS operation. This includes all maintenance, lead plant start-up and shutdown activities. You will also provide reports on the efficiency of the DCS performance and be the first point of contact for all safety system functions.

To be eligible to apply, you should:

• At minimum have graduated with Diploma degree from engineering discipline
• Have a minimum of 10 years working experience in either LNG Operations or Petrochemical plant - Gas Plant, C02 removal system, Dehydration system, Fractionation/ Distillation especially Aromatic Plant or Ethylene (derivative) Plant.
