1. SUPERVISOR ROAD MAINTENANCE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Memastikan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan road maintenance sesuai perencanaan dan terget yang ditetapkan dengan cara mengelola serta mengkaji unit  road maintenance termasuk jumlah dan ketersediaan operatornya, merencanakan, mengontrol dan mengkordinasikan aktivitas pembuatan dan perawatan jalan tambang sesuai standar, berjalan aman, efektif dan efisien dengan memperhatikan keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan

• Mereview dan mengevaluasi rencana kebutuhan dan penempatan unit-unit A2B Road Maintenance (Motor Grader, Compactor, Backhoe, Wheel Loader, dll) supaya lebih efektif dan efisien     

• Mereview dan mengevaluasi rencana kebutuhan dan penempatan material yang diperlukan untuk pembuatan dan perawatan jalan angkut   

• Mereview, mengontrol dan mengendalikan kegiatan operasional cut and fill supaya berjalan dengan aman/selamat, efektif dan efisien

• Mengarahkan, mengkoordinasikan, dan memonitor foreman & supervisor road maintenace agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dangan optimal

Mereview dan mengevaluasi permasalahan pada area  jalan tambang serta mendiskusikan ke atasan guna penyelesaian permasalahan yang terjadi     

• Mengkoordinasikan permasalahan yang terjadi pada unit alat berat ke Bagian Plant/Maintenance.  

• Merangkum laporan aktivitas peralatan / unit tambang termasuk stand by, break down, jadwal service pada setiap shiftnya  

• Mencari solusi terhadap permasalahan yang terdapat dalam laporan dan mengembangkan sistem pelaporan yang efektif dan efisien.

1. Lifting Planner / Drafter

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Develop / produce lift plan in brownfield / process LNG plant and greenfield as required.

2. Closely communicate with lifting engineer and construction engineer or brownfield work coordinator to get productivity and readiness of lift plan to use at site as per priority.

3. Identify the relevant information related to different types of crane (i.e. capacity, dimension and configuration) and lifting accessories (i.e. markings, certificates, thorough examination reports, capacity, dimension, etc.)

4. Extract information of load (piping and structure) such as: weight, dimension and Center of Gravity to determine capacity of cranes from duty charts and software planning tools and then develop / produce lift plan as per the information.

5. Allocate different types of lifting accessories for various applications and given load types

6. Ensure the correct crane and configuration for various types of lift is used in the lift plan.
