Requirements:
 

- Male max. 40 years.
- Candidate must possess at least a Minimum ATT 3
- Experience at least 2 years in same position.
- Will be place at Head Office (Jakarta Office)

 
Responsibilities:
 

- Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet
- Prepares recommendations for work, and initiates procurement of materials.
- Inspects machinery, equipment, or spaces outlined in work request, draws up job specifications, and obtains bids from contractors or shipyards to perform repairs.
- Maintains contact with contractors to ensure completion of work at minimum cost.

Welding Supervisor

Job Description
 

• Ensure products buillt to spec requirement, direct schedule of welding, work within budget (man-hours), manage work load in department as well as quaility assurance.
• Responsible for the inspection of all welding activities.
• Inspection of consumables as per WPS as well as welding equipment.
• Able to read construction drawing very well and ability to interpret weld symbols.
• Prepare and check the quantity and quaility of the welding consumables to meet as required.
• Control and periodically check the electrodes baking,log book and maintain elec.baking temp.
• Ensure that accurate calibration records are maintained for all welding machines, inspecting and testing instruments for use.
• Prepare the weekly monitoring welder performance record and overall rejection rate.
• Ensure all crew under his direction understand their roles and responsibilities
• To prepare daily activities report, evaluate and analysis the progress schedule.
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Project Manager from time to time.
