Key Leadership role
• Integral part of RISC Executive Team
• Contribute to all key aspects of the business
The Opportunity
Based at our office in Jakarta this role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who will lead our Indonesian operations and join our Executive Team.
The Role
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent technical skills, is commercially astute and is a results driven leader who has:
• Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in the upstream industry including at least 2 years in a management position
• Demonstrated ability to prepare project execution plans, manage the work scope and deliver expected results and outcomes in accordance with the plan
• Technical skills – ability to input and advise at expert level in either Geosciences or Engineering
• Good working knowledge of reserves definitions and valuation methods
• Extensive local network e.g. membership of and regular attendance at SPE, IPA, SEAPEX, AAPG etc
• Proven experience of delivering multiple responsibilities both technical and business development.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills in both Bahasa and English
• Proven experience of managing technical and support staff.
• Must be able to travel in-country and internationally on a regular basis.
