SUPERINTENDENT WAREHOUSE – 926427
(MELAK)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for the management of all Warehouse operations.
• Liaise with the Balikpapan and Jakarta Logistics department to efficiently expedite materials to site.
• Review and monitoring of all Store costing, receipts, issues, storage, allocation, and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with all parties on matters relating to receipts and deliveries of Spare Parts and/or operational materials on arrival.

• Ensuring that the best pricing and practices are put into place and monitored in relation to maximizing the best financial outcome for the Project.
• Daily communication with other departments in relation daily activities, expediting priorities, reviews, and reports.
• Liaise with Central Warehouse Balikpapan for the management of the JDE Warehouse Centralized Inventory Management.
• Management of all stock takes and reconciliation’s in relation to under / over.
• Monthly Store evaluations of Stock and Direct Charge Materials.
• Maintenance and distribution of KPI’s in relation to all Store Stock.
• Management of the Fuel and Oil requirements, shipping, receipts, and daily stock-takes, and reconciliation’s.
• Oversee processing and data entry of daily fuel, oil and plant returns and follow up input issues as required.
• Managing the end of month SMU Hours reconciliation (Forklift and LV).
• Managing the correction of daily cost committed, follow up with journal and reversing cost in the system
• Assisting Planning section in relation to correction on Work Order and any other financial issues.
• Lease with Site Admin Manager/Project Manager in all of financial issues.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of Degree qualification (S1) in any discipline; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in management role as Superintendent Warehouse with demonstrated Financial management, Cost administration, Inventory Control, Warehouse management and Logistic management skills;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate

Some of your duties will include:
• Develop and Implement Occupational Health at Site;
• Providing medical Info for safety talk and notice board;
• Monitoring and following up injury management, Rehabilitation and Hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management;
• Providing medical evacuation drill, Involving First Aid and Emergency Rescue Team; Conducting Training on medical first response and rescue to all team members;
• Improving internal site medical first response and rescue team competency, oversee preparation of emergency response facilities and team;
• Facilitating implementation of the project health and safety improvement plan.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Nursing Academy; Minimum 2 years as First Aider; Training in fire & Rescue; BLS and ATLS; Hyperkes training. Have competency and skill based on emergency response specific case; Understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities, OHS Regulations Statutory regulations.
• The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong communication both of external and internal; proactive, initiative & innovative.
COORDINATOR TRANSPORT - 926535

Some of your duties will include:
• Managing bus transportation (Thiess Owned buses and Vendor buses)
• Managing roster of bus drivers to comply operational coverage
• To lead and manage subordinates under bus transportation and GA section
• Liaise with bus Vendor Coordinator in day to day bus vendor operational
• Follow up and to discipline any violation to all bus drivers
• Coordinate and maintain reliability of bus unit as per operational requirement
• Address and to resolve any issue related operational buses ie. Bus MA,bus route, bus driver attitude, etc.
• Managing job of Office Boy/ Girls
• Maintaining internal operational requirement and facilities such as providing / purchase  office supplies (tea, sugar, coffee, drinking water), chemical cleaning, housekeeping tools, etc.
• Create working procedure for inspecting and maintaining facilities.
• Maintaining complain related to office housekeeping & facilities.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum graduated from Diploma or Bachelor Degree ; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as GA or Transport Supervisor in Mining Company;
• Strong Communications skills
• Have sufficient knowledge in services / support area and Transport Bus Management

EOI – SENIOR SUPERVISOR COMMERCIAL - 926536

Some of your duties will include:
• Have strong knowledge in enterprise resources planning and production record
• To Identify commercial scope of work and performance of contract deliverables within both side (Payable & Receivable) in project activities
• To Prepare variation submission, seek for client approval and include variations in the progress payment claim
• To provide interim quantities for progress claims
• Responsible to maintain and use effective cost control systems daily, weekly and monthly in accordance with company procedures from award to completion, using data collected from Mining, Maintenance department at site
• Responsible to prepare work complete not claim spread sheet and report to Superintendent / Manager Commercial
• Responsible to prepare contract valuation package
• Control ICT Section activities to achieve effective and efficient result
• Control camp and service activities to achieve effective and efficient result as per work order
• Control Accounting section in preparing account payable vouchers, adjustment notes and managing cash for site
• To Ensure Travel Section to administrative facilities of travel, formalities and accommodation in accordance with Thiess Values
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum graduated from Bachelor Degree Of Engineering or Civil ; requires a minimum 7 years' professional experience in Engineering / Operational / Costing in Mining Company.

Some of your duties will include:
• To apply Thiess Procedure with in the work force in relation to safety / environmental and work duties; 
• Assist ICT section perform maintenance, installation, repair and renewal for system that required work in each given;
• Able to organize and completing radio broadcast design and all maintenance, able to troubleshoot and monitoring the condition of each system relating signal quality to every radio receiver on unit HD;
• Ensure all Analysis of component or hardware condition and recommendation of parts required;
• Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures;
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner;
• Able to adapt to apply the client and government policy and procedure from Kominfo / ParPostel or KPI

• Graduate from bachelor degree in Electro, Information Technology Management and Computer or certified in PABX NEC. 2400 Training and Interconnecting Cisco Network Device Training.
• Has experience 2 years in a varied role as Technician or Programmer or similar position
• Proficient in System Information Technology or related systems, CLA’s and Current Awards, Statutory related items, PC Support for software and hardware, SOE Admin, accounts operator, server operator, backup operator, communication devices (PABX, RADIO, Router, Switch, VSAT, TV Cable, Wireless LAN), OHS & E (Working at High).
• Requires technical expertise and background in electronic devices specially network communication and instrument devices, capabilities to investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all ICT equipment, ability to meet tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision;
• Understanding the networking system and the communication system includes the radio transmitter and radio communication system including the repeater and receiver; understand computer hardware/ software and network system; Experienced with the procedures of the communication system from local government; Able to coordinate the operational systems of radio stations in the system administration or technical.

• Ensuring design is well implemented by daily control
• Provide the report on schedule including but not limited to mining progress, displacement and other construction work with depth analysis
• To do monthly reconciliation with client that related to mining progress and rehabilitation progress by scheduled

• Tertiary qualification in Surveying / Geodetic Engineering

• To co-ordinate all and Leading Hand in the workplace Activity and Coordinated the all crews activity to achieve production target with safety condition, Safe environment, and Safe for Everyone in workplace Area
• Achieve daily targets of machine utilization for their area and ensure that crews are achieving productivity target for their area
• Lead the Leading hand crew in team to ensure that the team achieves objectives
• To meet with Senior Supervisor dan Superintendent  to discuss previous shift & to plan next shift at least one hour prior to start of shift. Including R&R and shift change rosters, check for fast, efficient shift change and make sure it is a complete account of what happened during the shift
• To take disciplinary action if an employee breaches company regulation swift action, especially on safety violations is most important. Company procedures must be followed & action taken recorded
• Can be backup activity in Coal and Project team as per delegate from management.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum graduated from Senior High School or Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering is preferred; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mining in large open cut mining operation;
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential; could operate mining equipment;
• Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).

EOI SENIOR GEOLOGIST - 926550
(JAKARTA HEAD OFFICE)
Some of your duties will include:
• Geological modelling and interpretation capability to Thiess Global Mining Business
• Reconciliation of mining production and survey against geological models for existing project sites
• Support for tender preparation of prospective new projects
• Insitu to ROM Calculations, determination of resource and reserve risk, reliability and integrity
• Mining methods and selectivity of coal and provide pit limit area based on stripping ratio
• Due diligence on geological models and provide the scientific explanations and data to support contract claims
• Design and monitoring of drilling programs as required
• Provide plan and schedule for geological mapping, quality sampling, as required
• Down-hole geophysical logging, interpretation of geophysical logs, seam correlation as required
• Exploration budgets as required
• Ensure early advice and recommendations to operations and the Business Development Team on areas of cost, risk and opportunity
• Provide qualitative and quantitative data of the reserve and manipulate reserves to account for mining practices
• Liaise with client on preparation of working model & ensure relevant new pit data are incorporated into the next working model. Provide reconciliation reports and recoverable reserve status of quantity and quality, validate models supplied by the client, report on model variances
• Prepare geological models/data as required and actively communicate unexpected occurrences of faults, partings, pinch and swell, and similar geological disturbances
• Provide lithology data that we have and provide information of stratigraphy and structure data
• Liaison with client and consultant geologists
• Conduct Stratmodel training, coal quality and properties, sampling theory and facilitate knowledge sharing throughout project sites
• Coordinate career development for all geologists in project sites
• Recruit geologist for Technical Service-Asia and site requirements
• Liaise with Training and HR to develop Succession Plan for department and training of personnel
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor Degree in Geology
• "Pratama" certification - Mine and Energy Department - preferred POM
• A minimum of 4 years professional experience in ore or coal mining industry
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Strong inter personal and communication skills for both oral and written in English and Bahasa
• An awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements
• Strong experience in Mine methodology, technology and design concepts
