1. Lifting Planner / Drafter
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Develop / produce lift plan in brownfield / process LNG plant and greenfield as required.
2. Closely communicate with lifting engineer and construction engineer or brownfield work coordinator to get productivity and readiness of lift plan to use at site as per priority.
3. Identify the relevant information related to different types of crane (i.e. capacity, dimension and configuration) and lifting accessories (i.e. markings, certificates, thorough examination reports, capacity, dimension, etc.)
4. Extract information of load (piping and structure) such as: weight, dimension and Center of Gravity to determine capacity of cranes from duty charts and software planning tools and then develop / produce lift plan as per the information.
5. Allocate different types of lifting accessories for various applications and given load types
6. Ensure the correct crane and configuration for various types of lift is used in the lift plan.
REQUIREMENT :
1. Min. Diploma or Degree in any engineering is preferable.
2. Have minimum experience as planner / drafter / CAD operator > 2 years in EPC company in oil and gas project with focus in process plant / brownfield areas.
3. Have an ability to conduct site surveys and have an in-depth knowledge to select the correct type of LIFTING Equipment and accessories required to carry out lifting operations.
4. Have Full knowledge of different types of Crane duty charts and various types of lifting Accessories, their rated capacity and working load limits in different configurations.
5. Able to use 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD and others.
6. Able to work in high pressure and tight schedule.
7. Proficient in English, Verbally and written.
8. FIT to work.

2. Electrical Supervisor
Work Location: West Papua
Status Employment: Contract Project Base
Job Description:
• Ensure that all C&E Construction constructors supervision, subcontractor, and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Health Safety Security and Environments (HSSE) Policy, Site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions
• Review and monitor the availability of drawing, specifications, job instruction , materials deliveries and tools applicable to the particular discipline and area of work
• Inform the Discipline Superintendent on specific areas where the program needs to be adjusted in accordance with the site conditions and material deliveries
• Responsible for monitoring the discipline and timekeeping of constructors staff and labor in a defined work area, identifying any disciplinary action required and informing the relevant discipline Superintendent
• In Conjunction with the Constructors Supervision, planning engineers, and the Construction Engineer, develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule
• Ensure that the I/E&C Construction constructors working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITPs, Procedures and Site Instructions

• Min. have 7 Years experience in Oil and Gas
• Competent computer skill ( Microsoft Office)

3. Telecom Supervisor
Work Location: West Papua
Status Employment: Contract Project Base
Job Descrption:
• Supervise the execution of telecommunication works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, in the planned time frame. Support the instrumentation subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of the works.
• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
• Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements
• Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials, to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by direct hiring personnel
• Assist subcontractors or direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems
• Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities
• Coordinate telecommunication installation activities with other department construction works
• Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus
• Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field
• Measure the progress of the works carried out
• Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower
• Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed
