Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day accounting and financial functions of the company.
  • Provide day-to-day Petty Cash activities and invoicing to ensure the company s activities and process of sending invoices run smoothly.
  • Handle accounts payable and credit controls.
  • Prepare and report of VAT, WHT, income taxes and handle other accounting routines, support National Tax and Administration Manager when requested.
  • Administer expense claims in accordance with company policy and general administration duties.
  • Assist in general office administration and ensure reporting deadlines are met in consistent and accurate.
Your Profile:
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position with experience in reconciliation of financial matters.
  • A team player and having ability to work under minimal supervision.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having ability to communicate in Indonesia and at least passive English.

SHORT TERM MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Responsible to setting up a short-term mine plan, review and develop periodic short-term mine plan with consideration of the long-term mine plan to ensure the achievement of production targets.
 
Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering
- Having work experience in the coal mining industry at least 3 years
- Able to use Mine Planning computer applications (Minescape, Surpac & Xpac)
- Preferably obtain a Certificate of POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
- Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks
 
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

To plan/design mining and port infrastructure construction, prepare detailed RAB, supervise construction work perform by contractor based on plan.

 
Qualifications:

- Possess a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably working experience as Construction Engineer in a Coal Mining Company.
- Experience in supervising construction work.
- Proficient to operate Auto Cad programme and Microsoft Project
- Strong leadership.
- Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
